A letter of thanks from the Okhtyrka City Complex Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities

People say winter and spring meet on Candlemas Day. Winter goes to where Spring was, and Spring goes to where Winter was. On the way, they meet and argue with each other. The Ukrainian weather sign says: if the Sun peeks out from behind the clouds on Candlemas Day, then Spring will not be late, and this is good news.

So the employees of the communal institution Okhtyrka City Complex Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities met their guests on this day. Volunteers of Charitable Foundation Fortechnyi and the international organization Electriciens sans Frontières brought modern convector heaters, solar lamps, extension cords, and fleece blankets that may come in handy in wartime. These items will ensure the institution operation in difficult times.
