The residents of Tsyrkuny survived the horrors of the occupation, constant shelling by artillery. As a result - destroyed infrastructure, mutilated houses. However, the village continues living; people are returning to their homes.

Thanks to cooperation with the international organization "Electricians without Borders" and the charitable project "Sunrise", the volunteers of Charitable Foundation "Fortechnyi" visited Tsyrkuny twice delivering humanitarian aid.
