Charitable Foundation "Fortechnyi" Has Started the Construction of Housing for the Military

That is why, on October 25th, the construction site, where a new multi-storey residential building will later grow, was officially opened in Kropyvnytskyi. The future owners of apartments in it are the military injured because of hostilities and their families.

The plot of land, located at 7, Rivnenska Street in Kropyvnytskyi, was leased before the war broke. The situation in the country changed the previous plans regarding the purpose of construction and improvement of life in the neighbourhood. Therefore, the foundation decided to radically reconsider who a comfortable home will be built for.

"Our defenders will receive 41 apartments from the foundation - 6 two-room apartments and 35 one-room apartments," says Mykola Kozlovskyi, head of charitable foundation "Fortechnyi". — They defend our country, and we are obliged to do everything possible for those who suffered at the front, protecting our land. This is our gratitude and tribute."

The housing construction will become possible due to the donations from ordinary citizens, public organizations and private companies. Currently, we have agreed the design specifications and estimates, permission to start work, and an approved schedule. We expect the construction to be completed within 11 months. The general contractor is "Bud-Control" LLC, the project organization is "Modern" LLC.

We created a public council including the military, representatives of public organizations of the Kirovohrad region, employees of the regional and city councils, and volunteers. Currently, they are considering the first 15 military candidates who can become apartment owners. Procedural issues are being resolved: the public council selects candidates, holds the meetings, collects detailed information, discusses and approves. The foundation communicates with the apartment acquirers and makes a final decision on each candidate.

CF "Fortechnyi" is considering the candidacies of the military going to become the acquirers of the apartment and meeting the following criteria:

• do not have their own housing
• were or are combatants
• got wounded or combat injured
• have a characteristic from a military unit (Kropivnytskyi)
• have awards and merits
