The 8-apartment residential house will be renewed for doctors in Dobrovelychkivka
In January 2023, the Kropyvnytskyi Charitable Foundation “Fortechnyi” bought a four-story building of 8 flats at the downtown of urban-type settlement Dobrovelychkivka, which will be transferred to the doctors’ and soldiers’ families after rebuilding.
As reported by the founder of the Foundation Mykola Kozlovskyi, the housing will be transferred to the families of refugee doctors as well as the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A project-estimation document has been already ordered and a contracting organization is being chosen. The future owners of the flats will be defined jointly with the community. The works are planned to be completed by the end of 2023: it is necessary to conduct the communications to the building, to winterize the facade, to replace the roof and to install the windows and the doors. The internal repairs of the building will be done in line with the preferences of the flats’ recipients. The housing will be transferred to ownership for free, on conditions of working as a doctor in Dobrovelychkivka united territorial community for 10 years.
Everyone eager to receive a flat should pass the survey and answer the questions about family members, the housing availability in the hometown, the desire to stay in Dobrovelychkivka working as a doctor etc. The community will give the agreed lists of the flats’ receivers to the foundation. Afterwards, the foundation’s team will directly cooperate with every future owner of the flat, considering the requirements of repair and equipment.
