In Kropyvnytskyi, they plan to build housing for war victims
«Fortechny» charitable foundation plans to finance the construction of a six-story building with 41 apartments in Kropyvnytskyi, the owners of which will be defenders affected by the war with Russia and/or their families.
«Everything will depend on the amount of funding we manage to attract, – says the founder of the foundation, Mykola Kozlovsky. – If the amount of charitable proceeds covers the cost of the entire construction, we will hand over all forty apartments. By the way, the apartments will be fully ready for living in them: furnished and equipped with all the necessary household appliances.»
A six-story building is planned to be built near DOSAAF on a plot of 0.25 hectares. «Developer company, – says Mykola Kozlovsky, – carries out preparatory work at his own expense, but he cannot finance the construction of housing at one hundred percent.»
«The company, in addition to allocating land for the new building, issued design and estimate and technical documentation with its own funds, and will undoubtedly participate in the financing of the project in the future. But in order to hand over apartments to war victims as soon as possible, we need the participation of business and the public of our city and region.», – explains the founder of the «Fortechny» foundation.
Out of 41 apartments, 35 will be one-room apartments, and 6 – two-room To whom exactly to transfer housing will be decided by a specially created public council.
«The council will include about nine’ people, including – representatives of the military, regional and city councils, public organizations and others», – Mykola Kozlovsky notes.
The foundation's founder promises that the decision-making process regarding the provision of housing and the construction itself will be transparent to the public and will be regularly covered in the mass media.
«We are looking to the future. Now we are helping our Armed Forces, but we want and need to think about life after our Victory», – emphasizes the founder of «Fortechny» CF.
The process of obtaining permission documents is currently underway.
