The reinforced concrete floor slabs of the first floor have already been completely installed.

The professionals of the company “Bud-Control” are finishing the construction of the walls of the first floor, insulating and covering them with facing bricks at the same time.

Day by day, brick by brick, we continue to build a residential complex for families of defenders of Ukraine.

The students and teachers of Kropyvnytskyi Construction Vocational College took the excursion.

And for all the team of Fortechnyi Charitable Foundation! Bud-Control employees remove the form work from the shelter of the future home for the families of defenders of Ukraine.

The families of those who are currently defending the country from the aggressor have been waiting in line for a flat for many years.

What, in your opinion, awaits the future owners of apartments in the residential complex from Charitable Foundation "Fortechnyi"?

At the end of the year, it is traditionally to summarize the progress made in 12 months, but more on that a bit later.
For now, let's have a look at the construction.

But in spite of the difficulties we continue standing firm and confident. No matter how hard the enemy tried, he was not able to break the spirit of the Ukrainian people!

The weather conditions were not for us, the equipment made its own changes, but despite all the difficulties, we managed to keep the agreed schedule.ерміни.

One and a half weeks of work, and the first stage of construction has been completed: the pit is prepared.

The war opens us up to new values, meanings and directions of development, taking shape in our new projects. Foundation "Fortechnyi" is not going to "wait until better times", because our mission is restoring and rebuilding the country right now.

These words became the personalization of the mission of Charitable Foundation ”Fortechnyi”. Why them?

Volunteers, the military and representatives of the foundation jointly discussed some important issues and took relevant decisions. Eventually, the conditions for obtaining housing were determined.

In Ukraine, it is customary to celebrate Builder's Day on the second Sunday of August, and from now on the «Fortechny» Charitable Foundation is an integral part of this holiday.

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we can observe how people are rallying, new ways of mutual support, help and unity are being established. In just a few months, volunteer and charitable movements have gained serious momentum and have support both in our country and abroad. Ukrainians have proven that they can do everything: from buying walkie-talkies for a specific brigade to successfully closing a fundraiser for three bayraktars.

On August 4, there was a meeting of representatives of the public, the «Fortechny» charitable foundation, the «Astarta Group» enterprise, the developer and other specialists who will take care of the social housing construction project. During the meeting, Mykola Kozlovskyi, head of the «Fortechny» foundation, spoke about the foundation's activities in the field of humanitarian aid, which is the main area of work now, and disclosed information about the process of building housing for war victims.

The «Fortechny» charity fund plans to finance the construction of a six-story building with 41 apartments in Kropyvnytskyi, the owners of which will be defenders affected by the war with Russia and/or their families.
